7:00-10:00pm Open studio - one room will be available for competitors to work on their routines, check out the venue or just soak in some heat.

• 2:15 - 2:30pm / 50+ Men

• 2:35 - 2:45pm / Demonstration ( Tim / Zeb ?)

• 2:45 - 3pm / Appeals for first 3 divisions 

• 3 - 3:35pm / 18 - 49 Women

• 3:35 - 4:00pm / 18 - 49 Men

• 4:05 - 4:20 / Appeals last two divisions

• 4:20 - 4:30pm / Demonstrations ( Ian , Jared ?)

• 4:30 - 5pm - Awards
