2023 Competition Events
- USA Yoga SPORT Competition Events - 2022-2023 Season
You may compete in one, two or all five qualifying events, as you polish your routine toward achieving a National Championship invitation (set for the New Jersey/Philadelphia area in 2023). You must attend at least one.
In the meantime, consider taking advantage of an upcoming optional opportunity to get a judges’ score and head judge feedback on your 2023 routine.
The 2023 season posture guidelines and rules (click here) are up and have minor changes from last year. Please review them as you prepare.
Regional Qualifier Events (In-person and Virtual)
This year five Regional Qualifier events are open to you. That’s right! You can enter one or more in-person events around the country.
If traveling is not possible for you, there is one Online Virtual Qualifier.

2023 Live Online Virtual Qualifier
May 6, Virtual Zoom
- Athlete Registration by 4/22, and Posture changes by 4/29
**First, second and third place athletes from each division at each event will be invited to Nationals. First place for each state will be determined after all events are held, and will also earn a spot in Nationals. Remaining invites will be based on the running scores from the season. For repeats in the top three places, the invitation will pass to the score next in line. USA Yoga reserves the right to set a minimum score for invitation.
