USA Yoga Virtual Regionals Registration - Please review video submission requirements below before submitting!

IMPORTANT - The Online Virtual Competition is exclusively for members of USA Yoga. Please renew your membership or become a member. NON-MEMBER SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS - It is recommended that you fill out this form on the same device your video file is stored on
10.1 No more than 3 minutes (any posture that has not been held in stillness for at least 3 seconds at the end of the 3 minutes will be given a score of 0).
10.2 Six postures each from a different posture group: backbends, forward compressions, tractions, twists, lifts and inversions. Each group that is missing will result in a one-point deduction from the final score. Note: Not applicable for Youth 7-8, 9-11.
10.3 Each characteristic (strength, flexibility, and balance) must appear at least twice in the routine. Each characteristic that is missing will result in a one-point deduction from the final score). Note: Not applicable for Youth 7-8, 9-11.

Once completed, your video must be saved and uploaded in the appropriate area in the form below, and the athlete must register officially to the event by completing this form in full. Please note: be prepared with all of the information BEFORE you complete the online form, you must upload your valid legal ID and competition video directly in this form when registering.
Judging and Finals
Each entry will be scored by a panel of 3 judges and the scores will be released no later than May 24.
Eligible 1st-place winners of Adult and Youth categories (7-8, 9-11 and 12-14, 15-17) for each state from the regional competition are automatically invited to compete at the USA Yoga National Championship. 2nd-place winners may act as an alternate if the 1st-place winner is unable to attend the National Championship or may be invited to the National Championship based on overall score. All other competitors in all categories may be invited to compete in the next level of competition based on the overall score a competitor receives.
The finals for each division will be held the weekend of August 6-8, 2021 at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.
