Workshop (open to all) - Friday, March 3, 1:45p - 3:45p - $50 Yoga Athlete Practice led by Cynthia Wehr, assisted by Michele Vennard Cynthia Wehr and Michele Vennard will host this workshop on yoga athlete drills, open to athletes and the public. Cynthia will show you how to open up your shoulders, hips, and spine with deliberate movements that enhance the quality of your stretches for any of the postures chosen for competition. Michele will assist individuals, ensuring that everyone can experience it. This workshop is capped at 24 students. On Saturday, March 4, BYSJ will have a 6:00 am class with Sarah Newman and an 8:00 am class with Rajashree. The yoga room holds 48 people, and these classes will likely fill up as soon as registration opens, ten days in advance. To ensure a spot, please do the following: Create an account with us at bikramyogasanjose.com/account and add your payment information. Book your class ten days in advance, to the hour. Therefore the 6:00 am class registration will open at 6:00 am on February 22, and the 8:00 am class at 8:00 am. To book your class, go to bikramyogasanjose.com/schedule and click the drop-in option. Enter the promo code "USA Yoga" to get 50% off the drop-in rate ($15.) This discount is good for one class, and we kindly ask that you not book two, given the high demand. If the class is full, you can try getting on the waitlist and stand by in the studio up to five minutes before class time. You can also book the livestream to join in with the class. You'll want to have a Zoom account and book it at least an hour beforehand to ensure you get the link.
