Cintra Brown met Bikram Choudhury in 1987. Since then she opened the first Hot Yoga studio in Scottsdale, AZ, opened a studio in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and later spent ten years teaching in London, UK. She holds a rare certificate from Bishnu Ghosh College of Physical Education, is an International judge for IYSF, and is invited to present at several teacher trainings every year.
