26+2 C OMPETITORS CLASS WITH Q&A with Suzanne Elliott

Get ready for a weekend of competition with Suzanne Elliott, athlete ambassador for USA Yoga. Suzanne will lead a 75 minute 26+2 Plus Yoga Sport class. This workshop will lead students through a 26+2 series with optional advanced USA Yoga postures, leaving time for a Q&A to help athletes mindfully prepare for the competition. With her years of coaching athletes and champions, judging USA Yoga competitions, and teaching yoga, Suzanne is an excellent resource to help athletes safely warm up and prepare their minds and bodies for competition. Suzanne Elliott has been a regional, national and international competitive yoga coach and judge every year since the beginning of USA Yoga. Each year she has coached many athletes including several state, national and international champions. Suzanne has a background in physical education, skill drills, competitive cheer coaching, and counseling, which has made her a sought after coach and judge for all the final details to be physically and mentally prepared.
