Handstand Class with Angel Sandoval, 2024 National Champion

Angel Sandoval has been practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching for the last 15. He focuses on Hatha yoga and the importance of breath and movement. His classes are both challenging and nurturing leaving students feeling energized and renewed. 

Join Angel for a 90-minute practice that concentrates on inversions and the development of handstands with options from beginners to advanced.
