In this one-hour course you will learn how nutrition and proper hydration influence your health and wellness and your yoga performance in class and on stage. Dr. Keri Palasz holds a PhD in nutrition and is the two-time 50+ World Champion. She and Holly Raymond, two-time Women's World Champion will share their personal experiences to help you include nutrition in your plan for optimal performance.

If you’re wondering if one of the latest fad diets is worth considering this competition season, this course is for you!



Keri Palasz, PhD, MS, RDN, LDN, 2022 and 2021 50+ Womens World Champion

Keri teaches nutrition courses for West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Los Medanos College and Skagit Valley College

Holly Raymond is a former ballerina, and the 2022 and 2021 18-49 Women's World Champion.

Holly teaches a variety of yoga and fitness classes including 26&2, e84, ballet, and hot pilates.
