Competition Coaching and Preparedness with Suzanne Elliott

This workshop is free for USA Yoga Members, but pre-registration is required.

In preparation for our video Regional Competition, Suzanne Elliott will lead the participants through warmups and drills that will help as they prepare to tape their videos and as they look forward to their time on stage. Suzanne will discuss and coach specific poses, showing what common deductions should be avoided. Prepare to take notes and be ready to practice!

Suzanne Elliott has been a regional, national and international competitive yoga coach and judge every year since the beginning of USA Yoga. Each year she has coached many athletes including several state, national and international champions. Suzanne has a background in physical education, skill drills, competitive cheer coaching, and counseling, which has made her a sought after coach and judge for all the final details to be physically and mentally prepared.
